No! It didn’t pass!
I wanted proposition 1A to pass so bad! We (America, or San Francisco at the least) have not built something great in so long, and our structures are so outdated. No bullet train 
. Also, expect our meats to change significantly, since prop 2 passed. Now animals have to be housed in a bigger cage. For ex, a pig was is like 5ft? So, a minimum space to accomodate the pig would be around 5-6ft by 5-6ft, which is equivalent to like 4 spaces for pigs in our current system. darn….
