Constantly remind yourself of what your goals are. Where do you want to be? What do you need to do to be there?
Stay focused! Don’t let other things distract you or you will end up using too much time on other things.
Sometimes… You just have to stop thinking and suck it up, and just do it.
If I act on emotion, I would violate my own morals. If I act on logic and morals, I would be left in pain. What’s more important? My happiness? Or my morals? Live a life of guilt? Or live a life of doing the right thing?
